We pack and ship from our Ubi office. Standard courier is usually 2 to 4 working days. Need it for a specific date? WhatsApp us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.

Pick a personalised item (Jellycat bunny, romper, bag or label), add the name at checkout, and we embroider or print it in house. Personalised pieces usually add 2 to 3 working days on top of delivery.

Each gift set lists its exact contents on the product page. They come packed in our gift box with a card, ready to hand over. You can also build your own hamper from any items in the shop.

Yes. We are a reseller of genuine Jellycat, Itzy Ritzy, California Baby, Cloversoft and Glitter and Spice products, alongside our own Baby Butter label pieces.

Yes. Put their address as the delivery address and add your gift message at checkout. We never include pricing in the parcel.

Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.

We are an online store based at 62 Ubi Road 1, Oxley BizHub 2. Self collection can be arranged, WhatsApp us first so we can prepare your order.
