Delivery in Singapore

All orders ship from our Ubi office. Standard islandwide courier is usually 2 to 4 working days. Personalised items add 2 to 3 working days for embroidery.

Self collection at 62 Ubi Road 1, #06-02 Oxley BizHub 2, Singapore 408734 can be arranged on WhatsApp. Please message us before coming so we can prepare your order.

Gift delivery

Sending straight to the parents? Put their address as the delivery address and add your gift message at checkout. Parcels never include pricing.

Returns

• Unopened, unused items in original packaging: returnable within 14 days of delivery.
• Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Skincare and bath items must be sealed for hygiene reasons.
• To start a return, WhatsApp +65 9480 8800 with your order number.
